Why is my device being singled out?
The devices listed above give users such an unfair advantage in the form of cheating while just using just the device itself that our anti-cheat team has felt that they must be prohibited from use in order to provide a level playing field.
I do not own any other device.
If this error is preventing you from using our service then your only option would be to purchase a new device that is not prohibited from use.
