In order to change your SteamID, start by going here and locate the "Game Unique IDs" field.
It is important to keep in mind that we only allow one SteamID change per month for each game and that there are no exceptions to this rule. If you have used your SteamID change for the month, you must wait until the 1st of the following month in order to change it again.
How do I remove my SteamID from an old ESEA account?
If your SteamID is currently in use by an old ESEA account that is no longer being paid for, the Steam ID will be automatically cleared from the account when you attempt to use it on a paid account as long as you used any other payment method besides Steam. Please follow the steps below:
- Start by creating a new account or logging into an ESEA account which is using a different Steam ID
- Then pay for ESEA membership if you have not done so already (BY WAY OTHER THAN STEAM)
- Finally, change the Steam ID to in your ESEA account settings to the old Steam ID and it will be cleared from the old account.
Can an admin remove my SteamID for me?
Staff members are not able to transfer or remove a SteamID from or between ESEA accounts.
It is saying that my steamID has been used in the previous seven days?
In order to help deter account sharing and ringers in the ESEA League, we have restricted the same steam ID from being used on two different ESEA accounts within seven days. Similarly, the same Steam account cannot be removed and then added back to the same account inside of seven days.
